Purges reach every edge location in about 150 ms.

By cache tag

Send a Cache-Tag header from your origin, for example Cache-Tag: article-1842, homepage, then purge every object with that tag:

Everything

Purging the whole site is rate-limited to once per minute and will temporarily increase load on your origin.
